Some New Additions...and Subtractions in Store Now

Well, hello there everyone! I am doing a bit of shameless promotion today here on the Grandiflora Blog. Some of you may know that I am a master crafter at heart....some not so much. Most of you regulars probably never see me as I tend to work solely in the back room! I was laughing the other day with a customer as she said " Hey....I didn't know you worked here anymore!" I had to tell her that actually I was one of the owners....and that I really do work at the store from time to time! :o) What I didn't tell her was that I'm often at home with my two little boys ( 6 & 4 ) crafting up a storm! I sell lots of what I make online in my Etsy.com shops TrishaBrinkDesign, Ollie Bollen, and Wesley Asher. HOWEVER, from time to time I create a line of products specifically for Grandiflora. SO, enough said...here are the goods!
In the first photo you saw my newest form of hair bands. The black one on the left is actually an Antique Victorian cut black glass button. These are very hard to find, and when found, not always in the best of shape since they are glass. The band on the right is a fabric covered button...everyone really seems to like this black and white color way. Above, you see a black rose adjustable ring, another variation on one of my black rose bobby pins, and yet another Antique Victorian Button adjustable ring. All of these items range in affordable prices from $2.95 to $9.95. I like my items to move...and I believe in affordable art to wear...thus the stellar prices.

I really am in love with this jewelled gun metal floral medallion necklace. Hurry there are only 2 of these, and they won't be in the store until Friday (tomorrow) morning....

The black and grey rose necklaces are by far the most popular at only $7.95 and $8.95 respectively. I think these make awesome gifts for just about anyone of any age! Start your Christmas shopping early...think about the stocking stuffer-ability!!!

Along with all of the sleek lines, I've thrown in some pretty interesting artifacts. You'll find anything from antique sheet music from 1899, to antique enamelled watch faces, vintage European postage stamps, retro game pieces, and tiny bottles of twinkling German glass glittererd wishes. I think this is one of the most cohesive collections I've ever made! The best part? You can afford all of it, you can layer many different charms, and black and cream looks good at any age on anyone! Now, THAT is good design.
I hope you like my little Vintage Eclectic Collection. Every piece comes packaged "Oh so cutely" with a vintage flashcard and cello bag....great for gifting! There are so many other photos I want to show you of other items....but you'll have to come in and see those for yourself....maybe you'll see them in another future blog post....however with all these "additions" to the jewelry stock there have been just as many "subtractions" from the shelves as things are moving quickly. I hope to keep up with production as I do actually HAVE to set a good example for our employees....and work around the shop once in awhile! :o)
I'll be working this Friday and Saturday....come and say "Hi" and mention this code "ADDITIONAL GIFT". When you purchase something from my collection I'll have a pretty little extra something waiting just for you! One gift per person while supplies last.
Thanks for being such valued customers, and hope you are enjoying our newly found SUMMER!!!
Cheers,
Trish :o)
